BOBBY HOTALING

In 2002, Bobby Hotaling started The Hotaling Group with a simple dream and just one employee in a small office in Midtown Manhattan. As a former college football player, Bobby applied his “never lose” mentality from the gridiron to his work in the financial industry. His unparalleled determination to outwork his competitors and his will to ALWAYS fight for his clients’ best interest created a name for The Hotaling Group in the Tri-State area – which soon went bi-coastal. 

Thanks to the help of his wife, Gina, the two strategically grew the firm by recruiting the industry’s top talent and instilling the signature Hotaling client-first approach. Since the firm’s inception, there have been a few changes, such as the company’s re-branding to its current name, Hotaling Insurance Services, and the addition of five office locations (with more to come). However, Bobby’s “together we win” methodology and emphasis on service have remained the same.

Fun Fact: Bobby loves bulldogs and his pup, Roman, is always by his side.
