A Buffalo, New York native, Christian developed a strong foundation in leadership through athletics from an early age, participating in basketball and track programs through high school and college at Cortland State University. After graduating with an Education Degree, Christian began a distinguished career in education as a teacher and coach in Southern Maryland, helping young people achieve their goals both athletically and academically. With a master’s degree in School District Leadership, Christian went on to serve in multiple leadership roles including Assistant Superintendent, Athletic Director, Principal, and Head Varsity Coach. Throughout this remarkable educational career, Christian had the privilege of mentoring student-athletes who reached the highest levels of competition—from college athletics to the NFL, NBA, and even the Olympics. This decades-long commitment to helping students succeed instilled a deep passion for service that ultimately led to retirement from education and a new mission: helping people protect what matters most through insurance.
Outside of work, Christian maintains an active lifestyle that reflects a continued passion for athletics and adventure. You’ll find Christian playing competitive tennis, snowboarding and teaching others to ski and snowboard, riding Harley Davidsons, or efoiling on the water. Fitness remains a priority through regular workouts, and Christian is a proud lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.
