Her diverse industry experience ranges from her beginnings as a Yacht Underwriter to an eleven-year tenure as a P&C Producer. Notably, she also served as a Risk Management Consultant and Home Appraiser at Chubb, followed by successfully running a boutique agency in New York and Florida for nine years. Prior to being recruited by HIS, Erika successfully led the Private Client Division for New York at Marsh and McLennan, showcasing her exceptional managerial skills and expertise in providing top-notch service to high-profile clients.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Erika is deeply invested in her community. She has served on several boards, including the Long Island Association. As Vice Chair of the Long Island Women’s Collaborative and a Board Member of the Real Estate Institute at Stony Brook University, Erika actively contributes to the advancement of her field and the empowerment of women.
