Tess Olivera leads the Hotaling Insurance Services Employee Benefits Division across its offices nationwide, working with CEO’s, CFO’s, and HR Directors to help companies get a better return on value as it relates to their Health & Welfare Benefits portfolios. Hotaling Insurance Services is a full-service independent risk management family office with more than 230 teammates across 7 offices and growing. Headquartered in New York, Hotaling Insurance Services has been serving clients for over 20 years across specialties in Group Health Insurance, Business Insurance, and Life Insurance. 

Consulting with mid to large-sized employers, Tess uses strategic metrics to help clients achieve their cost containment, employee engagement, and compliance goals. The results of Tess’s consultative efforts led to being awarded two prestigious honors from a Top-5 international firm for performance in 2018. 

Entering the insurance industry in 2009, Tess began her career on the carrier side at a Fortune 500 carrier, Unum Group. She went on to work with General Agency contracts with United Healthcare, Cigna, Coventry, and MetLife. A Florida native, Tess is a proud alumna of the University of Florida and is a licensed 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity Agent.
